Peanut Butter Pudding

I set out to "invent" a swell together with unique "kid pudding". I collected all of the pudding recipes from my recipe box together with started combining together with tweaking them .... I wanted the richness from this 1 ...the consistency from that 1 ...the sweetness from yet simply about other one... together with went to operate amongst my picky-picky husband as my Guinea pig gustatory modality tester. After several tries, onetime picky-picky gave me that "pudding expression upward smile" together with 2 thumbs up.  He says THIS 1 is a keeper!!

This pudding is rich, creamy, peanut butter-y

2/3 cup black dark-brown saccharide

1 3/4 cups whole milk (I've used 2% inward a pinch)
1/2 loving cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 loving cup creamy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

In a saucepan that has a heavy bottom, whisk together the dark-brown sugar, corn starch together with salt. This measurement helps the cornstarch from clumping-lumping when you lot add together the liquid.
