Butter Cookies

These big 4" cookies are crispy, lite equally a plume in addition to amount of butter-y goodness. They are also frail to send through the mail, simply at nowadays out of the cookie jar, they are melt inwards your oral fissure perfection.

1 1/4 cups butter (room temperature)
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3 egg YOLKS
2 cups all role flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 TABLESPOON of vanilla extract

Cream the room temperature butter in addition to granulated carbohydrate amongst your stand upward mixer. Once smooth, add together the egg yolks, ane at a time, in addition to shell good inwards betwixt each addition; shell inwards the vanilla.
