Easy Cheesecake Bites

Easy to brand together with delicious to eat, COLD AND CREAMY cheesecake bites.


CRUST
1 loving cup graham cracker crumbs
1/4 loving cup chopped pecans
1/4 loving cup melted UNSALTED butter

Mix good together with press into a PARCHMENT LINED* 8" X 8" baking pan together with then fix aside.

16 ounce regular fatty cream cheese (room temperature)
3/4 loving cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons corn starch
1/4 teaspoon tabular array salt (delete tabular array salt if yous role salted butter)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat the room temperature cream cheese until low-cal together with fluffy (takes 1 or ii minutes). Add the sugar, cornstarch, salt, eggs together with vanilla. Beat on depression until good mixed but don't over-beat. Spread evenly over crust.
