Apple Snack Cake Amongst Caramel Frosting

This is a super easy, unmarried layer (stir in addition to bake) snack cake. It is VERY moist (even afterwards three days) in addition to genuinely delicious (we can't seem to terminal snacking on it!!) This cake (and frosting) freezes exceptionally good when double wrapped inwards the freezer.

APPLE SNACK CAKE
1/2 loving cup vegetable oil
1 loving cup sugar
2 eggs
1  1/2 cups all role flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 loving cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 cups chopped Red Delicious apples 
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Mix the oil, sugar, eggs, cinnamon in addition to vanilla. Stir inwards the flour in addition to baking soda.
