Maple Peanut Butter Fudge (Microwave)

8 ounces salted butter
1 loving cup creamy peanut butter
1 pound of powdered sugar  (see note)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons maple extract
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
