Beef Tomato-Barley Soup

2 pounds beef chuck roast
1 loving cup onion chopped
1 loving cup celery chopped
2 cups carrot chopped
4 large potatoes cubed
2/3 loving cup pearl barley (don’t larn out out)
(2) 32 ounce boxes beef broth
(1) xv ounce tin tomato plant sauce
½ teaspoon dark pepper
(2) heaping teaspoons beef bullion granules

Cut the beef into 1” cubes, removing equally much fatty equally possible. Brown beef inwards a minimal amount of vegetable crude oil until beef is nice too crusty brown (this is where the bulk of your soup season volition come upwards from, then don't skip this step).
