
1 loving cup packed brownish sugar
1 loving cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon butter extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups quick cooking oats
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups Craisens (sweetened dried cranberries)
1 loving cup chopped walnuts
Beat butter, sugars, eggs in addition to extracts for FIVE MINUTES (important to the calorie-free crispy nature of this cookie).

In around other bowl, mix the flour, oatmeal, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon in addition to salt. Add this dry out mixture to the butter mixture (1 loving cup at a time) beating good later each addition.

Stir inward the dried cranberries in addition to walnuts. Let this finished cookie dough sit down for virtually v minutes.

Roll the dough into 1" balls (dough volition last a petty sticky). Place the dough balls on lightly greased cookie sheet, virtually 2" apart. Bake inward 350 preheated oven for 12-14 minutes (my oven took thirteen minutes).

NOTE: These freeze really well. I drizzled a vanilla glaze on my cookies (for the holidays) simply that is non necessary. Makes virtually four dozen?
