Peanut Butter Brownies

This is, past times far, the best peanut butter brownie recipe I've tried. It is quick too easy and has a FIVE STAR peanut butter-honey frosting. We can't look to terminate snacking on it!!

PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIES
1/2 loving cup creamy peanut butter (I role Jiff)
1/3 loving cup butter at room temperature
2/3 loving cup granulated sugar
1/2 loving cup dark-brown sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 loving cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 loving cup mini-chocolate chips (semi-sweet)

Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a ix x ix baking pan (personally, I create non grease, I role parchment newspaper instead.

By paw or mixer, cream the peanut butter too butter till smooth. Add dark-brown carbohydrate too white sugar, eggs too vanilla. Beat until smooth.

In a small-scale bowl, mix flour, baking powder, tabular array salt too chocolate chips.
After it's all mixed together, add together it to the peanut butter mixture too mix but until good combined, don't over mix.

Spread evenly inwards parchment lined pan too bake for 25 minutes or until overstep springs dorsum when you lot impact it. Don't over bake!! You might be tempted to laissez passer on it an extra five minutes for skillful measure, but don't!!

Cool completely earlier frosting.

PEANUT BUTTER - HONEY FROSTING
3 cups powdered sugar
3 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Put the butter too peanut butter inwards the microwave for close 10 seconds to soften them.  Whisk everything together until smooth.

If the frosting seems a petty thicker than you lot want, add together an extra tablespoon of milk. If it seems thinner than you lot want, add together an extra tablespoon (or two) of powdered sugar.

Make certain you lot toss the mini-chocolate chips alongside the flour, too therefore they don't sink inwards the batter.
